Heat friendly fibers are also called "Tru2life" fibers. They can be styled by using a heat tool that is to the correct temperature. The maximum temperature your curling irons, straighteners, and other heat tools should be set as is 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is no temperature gauge on your heat tool, we recommend setting your heat tool to medium-low. To curl your fibers, take 1" sections of the hair and wrap it around the barrel of your curling iron. Slowly slide the hair off the curling iron and pin the curl together to hold it in place. Once the fibers have cooled, your curl has set and you are able to remove the pin. For a straight style, slide the flat iron down 1" sections of the hair from the root to the tip.
