Let’s Break Down The Bounce

Yaki Hair refers to the processed texture in which hair resembles chemically relaxed hair. Yaki hair may be from a synthetic, Remy or non-Remy source.

Light Yaki (straight yaki) – similar to relaxed hair

Coarse Yaki (kinky yaki) – is your natural hair blown out and lightly straightened

Kinky Yaki – your natural hair blown out, a more natural look. Usually thicker in texture.

Coarse Yaki – resembles untreated Afro- Caribbean hair and can be Wavy Coarse or Curly Coarse.

EXAMPLE:

Curly Hair, Type 3 is categorized by 3A, 3B, and 3C. The texture resembles defined curls that have a ringlet or spiral pattern. Curly Hair is categorized in 3 grades Type 3A, 3B, and 3C

3A will have the loosest curl pattern with moderate volume

3B will have a tighter curl pattern with ample volume and bounces in all the right places

3C will be the smallest, tightest curl in this family and will feature an abundance of curls that create the fullest look.

EXAMPLE:

SKU:  OUT-LF-DONNA in color 2 with 3B(Hair Type)

Coily Hair, Type 4 is categorized in 3 grades, Type 4A, 4B, 4C. Coily Hair is going to feature the strongest curl definition, containing strands of densely packed hair

4A is tightly coiled and will have an S pattern. The hair can be wiry or fine textured and has a visible curl pattern

4B will have a Z shape pattern that is less defined curl. The texture found in the 4B coils holds altered styles better then Types 2, 3, or 4A hair. The texture of this hair feels wiry to the touch.

4C will range from fine to thin to soft and even coarse. These curls are tightly kinked with less definition than the 4B.
